We are proud to offer international shipping services. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.
Paulette Gift Shop are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for any customs fees once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one more package may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
All orders are shipped within1-2 business days of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14-21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Please note not all countries are eligible currently for tracking, but we do our best to get this for your country.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.”
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
