How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. Average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays. Please keep in mind, that processing can take 1-2 business days. In most instances, we ship the next business day.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order if you received incorrect merchandise, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.   

Can do I change or cancel my order?                    

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
